Before entering the legal field, Brad worked as a science teacher and baseball coach in Duncan, Oklahoma. He also played baseball during his college years at both the University of Central Oklahoma and Southwestern Oklahoma State University, reflecting a strong commitment to both academics and athletics.
After completing law school, Brad was admitted to practice in Oklahoma in 1997. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Since beginning his legal career, he has focused on representing injured individuals in a variety of legal matters.
Brad’s practice areas include personal injury, auto accidents, trucking accidents, nursing home abuse and neglect, fall injuries, animal bite injuries, insurance disputes, defective products, and wrongful death. A significant portion of his work, about 80 percent, is devoted to litigation.
Brad has achieved notable results for clients, including a $3.6 million settlement for a man injured in an oil field. His professional memberships include the Oklahoma Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice, both of which he joined in 1994.
