Brad J. Sadek

Brad J. Sadek is a dedicated bankruptcy attorney and the founder of Sadek Bankruptcy Law Offices. He focuses his practice on helping individuals and families navigate financial hardship through debt relief, foreclosure defense, and bankruptcy law. Since founding his firm in 2006, Sadek has guided more than 4,000 clients through financial recovery, offering compassionate and effective legal support throughout Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.

Sadek earned his B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Finance from Pennsylvania State University in 1999. He received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law–Camden in 2002.

Early in his career, Sadek served as the managing attorney for the Philadelphia branch of a national law firm. His commitment to accessible legal services led him to start his firm with no clients, relying solely on his passion for helping people in financial distress. Over the years, he has built a respected practice focused on consumer bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, and mortgage modification.

Sadek has helped clients prevent home foreclosures, stop creditor actions, and secure fresh starts through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings. His practice also includes tax foreclosure defense, small business bankruptcy, student loan relief, and pandemic-related mortgage support.

Sadek is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and federal courts across both states, including the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.

Sadek’s work has earned him recognition as a Philadelphia Super Lawyer and frequent invitations to speak on radio shows and news segments, including an NBC 10 feature on medical debt. He has been an expert witness on consumer bankruptcy and mortgage foreclosure law in Philadelphia courts.
