Brad J. Monceaux is the founding attorney of Monceaux Law Firm, where he delivers individualized, compassionate legal counsel focused on estate planning, probate, and guardianship. With over a decade of experience in the estate and elder law field, Brad is known for his hands-on approach and deep commitment to helping individuals and families plan for the future with clarity and confidence.
Brad earned his J.D. from the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law. He also holds a Certificate in Financial Planning from Southern Methodist University and a B.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas. Before becoming an attorney, Brad spent 14 years as a paralegal, gaining practical, in-depth knowledge that informs his client-centered practice today.
Licensed in Texas since 2019, Brad is certified in guardianship under Texas Estates Code Sec. 1054.201 and is a trusted advisor in complex family matters. His practice includes drafting wills, creating trusts, guiding clients through probate administration, and representing parties in guardianship proceedings. Brad’s holistic understanding of financial planning and family dynamics allows him to offer legal strategies that are both technically sound and personally meaningful.
Brad J. Monceaux actively gives back through pro bono service with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program, where he also serves on the Pro Bono Activities Committee.
