Brad Banks is a skilled attorney and co-founder of Banks & Brower, LLC, based in Indianapolis, Indiana. He has extensive experience in criminal defense, personal injury, and family law, with a proven track record of success.
Brad earned a B.A. in Communication from Purdue University in 1997. He later completed his J.D. at Valparaiso University School of Law in 2000. During law school, he served as an editor for the Valparaiso Law Review, showcasing his academic leadership and legal writing skills.
Brad began his legal career as a deputy prosecutor in Indiana, where he gained substantial courtroom experience. He handled numerous felony and misdemeanor cases, including DUI, violent crimes, drug offenses, and financial crimes. As part of the Marion County Homicide Unit, he successfully tried 10 homicide jury cases. His success led to a promotion to Division Chief, where he supervised 36 attorneys and oversaw significant cases, including managing the DUI Unit.
