Bobby Malek

Bobby Malek is the founder of Malek Legal and represents injured and aggrieved individuals and business entities in Rockville and other Maryland communities. His practice includes personal injury, automobile and motorcycle accidents, pedestrian injuries, premises liability, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, products liability, wrongful death, and serious injury claims. He also handles matters involving workplace injuries, negligent security, police force, and other forms of alleged negligence that can cause substantial physical or financial harm.

Bobby earned a B.S. from Dickinson College and a J.D. from The Catholic University of America- Columbus School of Law. His education provided a foundation in legal research, writing, advocacy, and case analysis that supports a litigation practice centered on injury and negligence claims. That training helps him evaluate liability, damages, medical issues, insurance positions, and procedural requirements when clients need compensation after accidents, unsafe conditions, professional negligence, or other harmful conduct.

Bobby has represented clients in matters involving motorcycle, automobile, and pedestrian accidents, workers’ compensation claims, negligent property maintenance, negligent supervision of minors, nightclub and casino security, unreasonable police force, nursing home negligence, and medical malpractice.
