Bizhan Beiramee

Bizhan Beiramee serves as of counsel at Rathbun Bateman, P.C., in Fairfax, Virginia. His practice focuses on real estate litigation, commercial and consumer lending, construction disputes, and complex commercial cases. He has handled hundreds of foreclosure-related lawsuits and regularly argues appeals arising from foreclosure challenges. He represents parties navigating difficult property, financing, and contractual disputes, including projects involving several participants and competing obligations.

Bizhan earned a B.S. from Georgia Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Engineering Management from George Washington University, and a J.D. from George Washington University Law School. Krauser of Maryland’s Court of Special Appeals and Justice Thomas G. Saylor of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
