Bill Washam

Bill Washam is Of Counsel at The Bains Law Offices, focusing exclusively on criminal defense. Since entering private practice in 2015, he has represented clients facing DUI charges, domestic violence allegations, and a wide range of other criminal offenses. Bill earned his Juris Doctor in 2012 from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington. Before attending law school, he studied education at Murray State University, earning both a Bachelor of Science degree in 1997 and a Master of Arts degree in 2006. This strong academic foundation, combined with his early career training by prosecutors in Kentucky and Indiana, shaped his ability to analyze cases from every angle.
