Bill Green

Bill Green is a personal injury attorney and founder of Green Law Firm, with a practice built around representing injured people across South Carolina. He has decades of legal service in personal injury law and a client-focused approach. He opened his own personal injury practice in Charleston in 1991 and later expanded the firm, relocating its Charleston-area office to North Charleston in 1997.

Green earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1985 and his law degree there in 1987. After law school, he entered the insurance industry as a broker in Burlington, North Carolina. That early insurance experience gave him direct exposure to the claims side of injury matters before he returned to legal practice and built a plaintiff-focused firm.

Green first gained legal experience as a partner in a general practice firm on James Island.
