Beth Weems Bradley is a Memphis attorney whose practice focuses on estate planning and probate. She handles probate matters, estate planning, simple and complex estates and trusts, and legal needs involving disabled people through guardianships and conservatorships. Her work reflects care, experience, and steady service to families.

Beth earned her B.A., magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Vanderbilt University in 1984. She earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University in 1987. She was admitted to practice in Tennessee in 1988, building a long legal career focused on probate and estate matters.

Beth is often appointed by courts as a guardian ad litem. In that role, she conducts investigations and files reports with recommendations about the best interests of disabled individuals and minors. She also frequently serves as a substitute judge in Probate Court, adding depth to her probate experience.

Beth frequently lectures on probate-related matters for the Memphis Bar Association and other groups. She was selected to represent Memphis on the Tennessee Probate Study Group and helped re-write the Local Rules for the Probate Court of Shelby County, Tennessee with other selected practitioners.

Beth Weems Bradley brings decades of probate experience, court service, and community involvement to her work. She has served in leadership roles with the Memphis Bar Foundation, Memphis Bar Association, and other legal groups, while continuing to assist clients with estates, trusts, guardianships, and conservatorships.
