Beth F. Taylor

Beth F. Taylor is a partner at Winter Capriola Zenner, LLC, whose practice focuses exclusively on community association law. She represents condominium associations, homeowners associations, and property owners associations throughout Georgia. Taylor serves as general counsel to community boards and advises them on covenant enforcement, assessment collections, governance, board and member meetings, and the preparation of governing documents. She also represents associations when disagreements require litigation.

Beth earned her J.D., cum laude, from Emory University in 2003 and her B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 1999. Her academic background prepared her for a practice involving detailed legal documents, statutory requirements, property rights, and complex disputes affecting residential communities.

Beth understands the legal and operational concerns that boards and community managers face with more than a decade of experience in complex community association litigation. She works closely with association leaders to address immediate problems and develop practical approaches for long-term governance. Her practice includes commercial and civil litigation connected to community association matters.
