Benjamin T. Vader is the Managing Attorney and founder of his law firm, providing legal services to individuals, families, and businesses throughout Michigan. Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Lubar School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He later earned a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law. During law school, he clerked at the Michigan Tax Tribunal and worked with MSU’s low-income tax clinic.

After completing law school, Ben joined the Law Offices of Harold C. MacDonald, PLLC, where he practiced for five years. That experience strengthened his understanding of client needs, procedural strategy, and ethical advocacy. He then founded his own law firm to deliver focused, long-term legal solutions to clients statewide.

Since 2010, Ben has concentrated his practice on Elder Law, Estate Planning, Trusts, Probate, and Corporate Law.
