Beixiao Robert Liu is a seasoned attorney with a multifaceted practice encompassing corporate law, banking regulatory compliance, international trade, and commercial litigation.

Currently serving a diverse clientele of domestic and international corporations and individuals, Mr. Liu has successfully secured trial victories in corporate and employment-related matters, demonstrating his proficiency across various legal domains.

Born in China, Mr. Liu’s academic journey commenced at Tsinghua University in Beijing, where he studied finance. His exceptional academic pursuits led him to the Yale School of Management as a Silver Scholar.

At Yale, Mr. Liu was one of a select group of students chosen in 2009 for the high-profile “Faith and Globalization” course led by former British Prime Minister Tony Blair. He also served as a Teaching Assistant in the MBA program, further strengthening his expertise in business management and leadership.

Mr. Liu’s professional career began at Promontory Financial Group in Washington, DC, where he quickly ascended to become the Global Relationship Manager for one of the world’s top ten largest banks. In this role, he was instrumental in solidifying the firm’s position as a trusted advisor at the highest corporate levels, including the CEO.

His significant contributions included leading substantial corporate governance enhancement and regulatory enforcement remediation projects across major U.S. and Asian banks.

Moreover, Mr. Liu was pivotal in the Working Group of the U.S. RMB Trading and Clearing, a notable initiative led by prominent figures, including Michael R. Bloomberg and former Treasury Secretaries.

Parallel to his career, Mr. Liu pursued legal studies at Georgetown University Law Center. He attended an evening program and a summer session at Peking University Law School, further enriching his understanding of complex legal frameworks.
