Becky J. Brooks is an experienced attorney and Of Counsel at Painter & Associates, LLC, who focuses on family law, juvenile law, criminal law, and Guardian ad Litem work. Becky earned her J.D. from Capital University Law School and holds a B.A. in Communication from Cleveland State University. Becky began her legal career as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Franklin County, where she handled a broad range of cases. Her experience includes prosecuting juvenile delinquency matters, traffic cases, bind-over proceedings, and Abuse, Neglect, and Dependency cases. She also served as the Family Drug Court Prosecutor and was appointed to the Franklin County Drug Court Board. In these roles, she worked closely with courts, service providers, and families to promote accountability, rehabilitation, and long-term solutions.

Becky J. Brooks represents juveniles in delinquency and traffic cases, acts as a Guardian ad Litem, and advocates for clients involved in Abuse, Neglect, and Dependency proceedings at Painter & Associates, LLC. She also assists clients with Victim of Crime Compensation claims, estate planning matters, including wills and trusts, and with divorces and child custody cases. Through her work, she helps clients navigate difficult legal situations with clarity and confidence while working toward outcomes that protect their rights and best interests.
