Barton C. Solomon

Barton C. Solomon is a Dalton attorney with McMahan Law Firm who represents people in personal injury and workers’ compensation litigation. His practice includes auto accidents, truck accidents, tort and insurance matters, workplace injuries, serious injuries, and wrongful death. He began practicing in 1988 and has represented clients before judges and juries in Tennessee and Georgia. Since moving his practice to Dalton, he has served injured clients across Northwest Georgia and Tennessee.

Bart earned a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a B.S., magna cum laude, from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. His academic training was followed by broad general-practice experience involving personal injury, workers’ compensation, criminal, and domestic matters. He is admitted in Tennessee, Georgia, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, and the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. His work includes negotiation, litigation, and trial of serious injury claims.
