Austin Kurtz

Austin Kurtz is the co-founder and partner of Kurtz Riley Law Group, where he represents clients in personal injury cases across Arizona, California, and Colorado. A Valley native, he began his legal career in Colorado after attending law school in California, later returning home to focus on serving injury victims in the Southwest. His practice covers auto accidents, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, and other negligence-based claims.

Kurtz earned his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University, where he attended the W.P. Carey School of Business and Barrett, The Honors College. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of California School of Law. Licensed to practice law in Arizona, California, and Colorado, he brings a multi-jurisdictional perspective to his advocacy, giving clients strong representation across state lines.
