Austin Hepworth

Austin Hepworth is a dedicated legal professional known for his principled approach to law and deep commitment to helping individuals and businesses navigate complex legal challenges. As founder of Believe Legal, he focuses on business law, estate planning, and constitutional issues, offering clients a broad and nuanced understanding of their legal rights.

Austin earned his Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law, graduating first in his class and summa cum laude. While there, he was selected as a commencement speaker and received the St. Thomas More Award for excellence in character. He also holds a degree in Business Administration, graduating as Outstanding Scholar and summa cum laude from the University of Utah, with a minor in Mandarin Chinese.

Austin launched his legal career defending First Amendment rights in high-profile free speech cases across the country. Today, he provides strategic counsel on a wide range of legal matters, including contract law, real estate, civil litigation, securities, tax, acquisitions, mediation, and regulatory compliance. Austin also brings in-house counsel experience and regularly advises on private membership associations, alternative health law issues, and political strategy.
