Ashley DeBoard

Ashley DeBoard is the founder and managing attorney of Flagstaff Law Group, where she focuses on estate planning for women, families, small business owners, and seniors. Her work helps clients protect loved ones, preserve assets, prepare for incapacity, and plan for the future. Her practice includes estate planning, elder law, business planning, and estate administration, with an emphasis on clear guidance and plans tailored to each client’s priorities.

Ashley graduated summa cum laude from Northern Arizona University and earned her law degree cum laude from Lewis and Clark Law School. Her academic record is complemented by more than a decade of varied legal work. That training and experience support her ability to evaluate family, property, business, and planning concerns together and to translate legal requirements into practical estate planning strategies for clients at different stages of life.

Ashley previously served as a civil attorney and general counsel for Coconino County, where she handled guardianships, real estate, and transactional matters. That public-sector experience gave her exposure to legal issues that frequently overlap with estate and business planning. In private practice, she helps clients address matters involving minor children, values-based planning, incapacity preparation, wealth preservation, business needs, and the administration of estates after a death.

Ashley DeBoard remains active in the Flagstaff community while leading a practice centered on long-term planning and client education. She serves on the board of the Arizona Community Foundation of Flagstaff and previously served on the board of Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona. She was appointed to the Coconino County Judicial Nominating Commission, adding public service experience to a practice focused on practical, individualized planning.
