Ashley Crohn has devoted more than 15 years to practicing U.S. immigration law. She represents employers and foreign nationals in employment-based and family-based immigration matters, as well as investor visas. Her practice is focused solely on immigration, allowing her to deliver clear, practical guidance tailored to complex federal regulations and policies.
Ashley earned her undergraduate degree from Brandeis University in 2003. She later completed her Juris Doctor at New York Law School in 2009. During law school, she interned in the General Counsel’s Office of U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) in New York, gaining direct insight into federal immigration procedures and policy interpretation.
Ashley began her immigration career working with boutique immigration law firms in New York, NY, and Austin, TX. Through these roles, she handled a wide range of visa petitions and employment-based filings. Her earlier experience also includes service at the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs, Visa Office in Washington, D.C., where she developed a deeper understanding of consular processing and visa adjudication.
Ashley works closely with businesses seeking to hire and retain international talent. She guides employers through compliance requirements and prepares petitions designed to meet federal standards. She also assists families pursuing reunification and supports investors navigating visa options that align with their long-term goals in the United States.
