Artin Gholian

Artin Gholian is a civil litigator focused on protecting individuals and property owners harmed by negligence, misconduct, and unfair practices. Artin completed his Juris Doctor at Southwestern University School of Law. His academic training emphasized practical advocacy skills, preparing him to represent individuals in complex disputes involving property loss, personal harm, and financial injury.

Artin began shaping his legal career while serving as a law clerk at a respected consumer rights firm. During this time, he worked on a major case representing more than 550 individuals defrauded in a real estate vacation club Ponzi scheme involving millions of dollars in losses.

Artin concentrates his practice on disputes affecting condo and townhouse owners whose properties suffer damage from common area failures or conditions outside their individual units. He also represents individuals harmed by personal injuries and financial losses, including employment-related injury claims that disrupt livelihoods and long-term stability.

Artin has extensive experience handling mass tort matters involving large-scale harm. His work includes representing victims of the Porter Ranch gas leak, homeowners impacted by the 2009 Station Fire, and other California wildfires, as well as participation in medical device defect cases and real estate Ponzi scheme litigation.

Artin is licensed to practice law in California and has been licensed since 2008.
