Arthur H. Bayern

Arthur H. Bayern is an accomplished attorney and shareholder who concentrates his practice in estate planning, fiduciary litigation, estate and gift taxation, and trust and estate administration. With decades of experience, he has advised countless clients in managing, protecting, and distributing estates, earning wide recognition for his expertise in handling complex legal matters with precision and integrity.

Arthur holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law. He is board-certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Admitted to the Texas Bar in 1965, he is also licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Tax Court, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Arthur has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for Trusts and Estates since 1983 and was named a Texas Super Lawyer in Estate Planning and Probate every year from 2003 to 2017. He served as Chairman of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and held positions on the Board of Directors for both the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Bar Foundation. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a member of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law.
