About
Arinda Brooks, Esq., is a personal injury lawyer and the founder and CEO of Brooks Law Firm focused on advocacy, access, and client service. Her work has centered on helping injured workers, immigrants, and people facing difficult legal problems understand their rights. She brings a practical approach to legal support, using clear guidance and steady leadership to help clients feel heard and prepared. Her career reflects a strong commitment to fairness, community service, and building legal services that meet people where they are in hard legal situations every day.
Arinda completed her undergraduate degree at Southern Oregon University before earning her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. Her education gave her a strong foundation in legal research, writing, advocacy, and problem solving. During law school, she began clerking at a Boston law firm, gaining early experience with real client matters. That training helped shape her professional path and prepared her to work with people who needed careful legal guidance during stressful times and important legal decisions.
Arinda began her legal career in workers’ compensation, where she represented injured employees and helped them pursue benefits after workplace injuries. She spent several years advocating for workers who needed medical care, wage support, and a fair process. Her work required attention to detail, patience, and strong communication. She later expanded her leadership role, guiding legal teams and helping develop services for clients facing injury, disability, and immigration concerns with practical support, steady direction, and consistent care at each stage.
Arinda Brooks has helped people by focusing on access, respect, and clear communication. She has worked to improve legal services for immigrant communities and underserved groups, including Spanish-speaking and Brazilian Portuguese-speaking clients in Massachusetts. Through leadership, mentoring, and community partnerships, she has supported a client-centered model of legal service. Arinda continues to use her experience to guide teams, improve legal access, and support people seeking help during challenging moments with confidence, dignity, clear direction, trusted legal service, and compassion.
