Arinda completed her undergraduate degree at Southern Oregon University before earning her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. During law school, she began clerking at a Boston law firm, gaining early experience with real client matters. That training helped shape her professional path and prepared her to work with people who needed careful legal guidance during stressful times and important legal decisions.

Arinda began her legal career in workers’ compensation, where she represented injured employees and helped them pursue benefits after workplace injuries.
