Ari Goldberg

Ari Goldberg is a Florida criminal defense attorney who handles DUI, felony, vehicular homicide, DUI manslaughter, and appellate matters. Before entering defense practice, he served as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County. His background includes trial work, appellate briefing, administrative hearings, and complex legal issues. He uses this experience to evaluate charges, challenge evidence, and defend clients facing serious criminal consequences in Florida courts and hearings.

Goldberg earned his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Monmouth University, graduating summa cum laude. He earned his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude as valedictorian. During law school, he joined the Trial Team, made the Dean’s List each semester, received trial advocacy honors, and earned Book Awards for the highest grade in multiple classes, showing strong preparation for courtroom work.

Goldberg worked in the County Court Trial Division, County Court Appellate Division, and Felony Trial Division as a prosecutor. He handled hundreds of cases, made DUI-recidivist filing decisions, wrote nearly fifty appellate briefs, and tried more than thirty cases. His appellate work included briefs, extraordinary writs, and post-conviction motions. He later applied that background to defending clients in county court, circuit court, and administrative hearings statewide.
