Anya Lear

Anya Lear is an experienced immigration attorney at Lear Immigration Law, PC, dedicated to guiding clients through the complex U.S. immigration system. With more than 12 years of experience in the legal field, she provides expert support for family-based petitions, naturalization, asylum, removal defense, and federal immigration litigation. Her careful attention to detail and client-focused approach help make the immigration process clearer and more manageable.

Anya earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2012, where she was awarded a tuition scholarship. Before law school, she graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Business Administration, majoring in Computer Information Systems from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Anya has been licensed to practice law in Colorado since 2012, including admission to the Colorado Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.

Anya has gained valuable experience in various legal roles, including at a Denver boutique oil and gas law firm, an immigration law firm, and as a clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office and Denver District Court throughout her career. She also managed an international adoption program focused on Eastern Europe before becoming an attorney.

Anya Lear actively contributes to the legal community as a member of the Colorado Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and other professional organizations. She volunteers regularly with groups that help low-income individuals needing immigration legal support.
