Anthony P. Aaron

Anthony P. Aaron is an Indianapolis business attorney and partner who advises cooperatives, private companies, and nonprofit organizations on corporate, aviation, antitrust, and agribusiness matters. He handles entity formation, governance, joint ventures, financing, mergers and acquisitions, owner disputes, and operational issues. He also serves as outside general counsel for several clients. His practice focuses on structuring transactions, resolving business concerns, and supporting organizations through significant strategic, financial, and growth decisions.

Anthony earned his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2002. He received an M.S. in Applied Statistics and Operations Research from the University of Northern Colorado in 1995 and a B.S. in Economics from the United States Military Academy in 1991.
