Anthony Jones

Anthony Jones is an accomplished personal injury trial lawyer serving clients throughout Georgia. His practice focuses on representing individuals injured in car and truck accidents, as well as victims of negligence across a broad range of personal injury matters. Anthony is committed to delivering strong advocacy, thorough case preparation, and strategic litigation for those facing life-changing injuries.

Anthony earned his B.A. in Political Science/Pre-Law from Morehouse College and his J.D. from Western Michigan Thomas Cooley Law School. During law school, he clerked with the Office of Legal Affairs at Grady Memorial Hospital, one of the largest public hospitals in the country. This experience strengthened his understanding of complex legal and operational issues, particularly those intersecting with healthcare and injury claims. His early exposure to high-stakes legal matters helped shape his commitment to representing plaintiffs in personal injury law.

Since beginning his legal career, Anthony has focused exclusively on advocating for injured plaintiffs. Prior to joining Witherite Law Group in 2025, he practiced at two plaintiff-side firms in the Atlanta area, where he developed a strong reputation for thorough preparation and effective trial strategy. He has served as first chair in more than 15 civil jury trials, achieving meaningful results for clients facing serious injuries and significant financial losses. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Anthony Jones is an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and has earned recognition, including National Black Top 100 (2014–Present) and Lawyers of Distinction (2023–Present).
