Anthony Castelli

Anthony Castelli is a Cincinnati personal injury lawyer and solo practitioner who represents individuals in bodily injury, motor vehicle accident, workers’ compensation, and Social Security disability matters. He also serves as a mediator for parties seeking practical alternatives to trial. Castelli helps clients address insurance companies and government systems while preparing claims carefully and pursuing litigation when a lawsuit or jury trial is necessary.

Castelli earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati in 1973 and a J.D. from Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1981. Before law school, he worked as a Cincinnati social worker assisting abused and neglected children. He attended law school in the evening while working as a law clerk, building a practical foundation in client service, legal analysis, and civil trial preparation.

Since entering practice in 1981, Castelli has handled thousands of civil matters involving car accidents, motorcycle injuries, dog bites, product liability, and wrongful death. His courtroom experience includes approximately 30 civil jury trials, with cases ranging from soft-tissue auto injuries to a product liability wrongful death claim. After completing the Harvard Program on Negotiation, he expanded his mediation work and joined court mediation panels in Butler, Warren, and Hamilton counties.

Anthony Castelli has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been listed as an Ohio Super Lawyer. He belongs to state and local bar and trial lawyer organizations and served as the 2020 chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He has also taught continuing legal education programs on evidence, personal injury trials, and mediation, reflecting his long-standing focus on advocacy, preparation, and practical dispute resolution.
