Annette holds a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, an MBA in Human Resource Management from Wayland Baptist University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is also a Certified Federal EEO Investigator and a Florida Supreme Court–certified circuit civil mediator. Her academic and professional background uniquely positions her to handle Title VII discrimination, retaliation, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and whistleblower claims with strategic depth and compassion.

Before founding her practice, Annette built a distinguished career in public service and leadership. She worked for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. Marshals Service, and U.S. Bankruptcy Court, gaining firsthand knowledge of federal systems and workplace dynamics. As a U.S. Army veteran and former Equal Employment Opportunity Counselor, she consistently embodies discipline, advocacy, and integrity in every aspect of her work.
