About

Anneliese Ostrom is an associate at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP in Wilmington, Delaware. Her practice is grounded in Delaware business litigation, where corporate relationships, contractual obligations, and the rules governing business entities can create consequential disputes. She approaches these matters through legal research, careful analysis, and collaborative litigation work.

Anneliese earned a JD from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2024 and served as articles editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy. She received a BA in philosophy, summa cum laude, from Boise State University in 2021. She also worked as a research assistant to professors Stephanie Barclay and Barbara Montero and as a teaching assistant to Professor Samuel Bray.
