Anna Urick Duggins

Anna Urick Duggins is a shareholder at Parmenter Law in Muskegon, Michigan, where she focuses on elder law, estate planning law, probate court practice, and trust and estate administration. She joined the firm in 1997 after moving to Muskegon to begin her legal career. Anna earned her B.A. summa cum laude from Albion College in 1994, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D. from Wayne State University Law in 1997. Her professional affiliations include the American Bar Association, the Lake Michigan Estate Planning Council, and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. She is also accredited by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs and served as president of the Muskegon County Bar Association from 2006 to 2007.

She hosts a support group for families who have placed loved ones in nursing homes, maintains educational resources for people making long-term care decisions, and connects families with programs such as MI Choice Waiver, PACE, and hospice services.
