Anjelika Abrahamyan is a personal injury attorney who focuses on accident cases, including car, truck, and pedestrian claims. Anjelika earned a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in criminology and sociolegal studies from the University of Toronto in 2007. She then received her J.D., cum laude, from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2013, building a strong legal foundation for her practice.
Anjelika received the Raymond Burr Award for academic excellence in criminal law and was consistently on the dean’s list and honor roll. She earned certificates of merit in criminal law and Canadian administrative law. She also served as a teaching assistant and completed internships and externships during law school.
Anjelika gained practical experience through work with the Federal Defender Office in Detroit and the Genesee County Prosecutor’s Office in Flint. She also served on the Board of Editors for the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review and published legal writing on ineffective assistance of counsel.
Anjelika is admitted to practice in New York State and several federal courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. She is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and other professional organizations.
