Angie Garasia

Angie Garasia is Managing Partner at Lee & Garasia, LLC, where she practices exclusively in Immigration and Nationality Law. With over two decades of dedicated experience, she is known for strategic legal advocacy, careful case preparation, and compassionate, client-focused representation in matters before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Angie earned her J.D. from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey School of Law – Newark, in May 1997, where she served on Rutgers Law Review. She earned a B.A. from New York University in May 1994 and received the NY Governor’s Committee on Scholastic Achievement Award.

As the firm’s designated field attorney, Angie represents clients at Naturalization and Adjustment of Status interviews before USCIS offices in Cranbury, Newark, and Mt. Laurel. She treats the immigration interview as a critical stage in the process, using detailed preparation and strong advocacy to help clients move through it.

Angie has handled complex immigration matters outside New Jersey as the firm expanded its practice nationally. Her work has taken her to New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Virginia, Florida, Massachusetts, Ohio, Tennessee, Colorado, Illinois, Vermont, California, and Texas, reflecting her experience working with clients facing significant immigration issues across different jurisdictions.

Angie was recognized in the 2026 edition of Best Lawyers in America® for Immigration Law and ranked by Super Lawyers® in Immigration by Thomson Reuters for 14 consecutive years. Her professional work also includes a Naturalization article published in the February 2017 issue of The New Jersey Lawyer Magazine.

Angie Garasia serves on the Executive Board of the New Jersey State Bar Association Immigration Section and is Vice President of Public Relations for SABA-NJ. She is a past chair of AILA-NJ, has recently served as the USCIS Cranbury Field Office liaison, and has been a Federal Bar Association conference panelist.
