Andrew William Lennox, Esq., is a commercial litigation lawyer at Lennox Law, P.A., focusing on business bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, lender services, and complex financial disputes. He represents financial institutions, private lenders, public and private companies, prominent individuals, and other commercial parties. His work spans state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, where he handles foreclosures, judgment enforcement, contested insolvency matters, and business conflicts. He brings more than twenty years of experience to cases requiring detailed financial analysis, procedural knowledge, and practical courtroom strategy across many business industries.
Andrew earned a B.A. in European History, summa cum laude, from DeSales University in 1998. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University College of Law in 2002. During law school, he served on the Moot Court Board and won the National First Amendment Moot Court Competition. He also earned Best Oral Advocate honors at the Domenick L. Gabrielli National Family Law Competition. These experiences strengthened his research, writing, oral argument, and presentation skills before he entered legal practice.
Andrew began his legal career with Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney, P.C. in Philadelphia. He relocated to Florida in 2004 and later became a shareholder in Carlton Fields, P.A.’s creditors’ rights department. He co-founded Lennox Law, P.A. in 2013 and expanded his work across bankruptcy, commercial disputes, and creditor remedies. He has lectured on discovery procedure, commercial foreclosures, bankruptcy practice, and judgment enforcement. His presentations share practical knowledge with attorneys handling complex financial litigation, creditor remedies, and challenging post-judgment collection matters.
Andrew William Lennox is admitted in Florida and before federal district and bankruptcy courts throughout the state. He is also admitted before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. His Pennsylvania and New Jersey admissions are currently inactive. His memberships include the Hillsborough County Bar Association and Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association. He applies broad litigation experience, lender knowledge, and strategic judgment to protect client interests during bankruptcies, commercial disputes, foreclosures, collections, and appeals throughout demanding legal proceedings.
