Andrew T. Sullivan

Andrew T. Sullivan is a partner at Miller, Sullivan & Demarcay in New Orleans and practices as a tax and business attorney. He represents clients in individual and commercial transactions and focuses on mergers and acquisitions, taxation, general corporate and business governance, estate planning, and successions.
