Andrew Speicher

Andrew Speicher is a skilled attorney serving Kansas and Missouri, specializing in business and corporate law. He is the founding member of MSB Law, where he offers legal counsel to small and mid-market business owners. His practice areas include business formation, governance, expansion, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and business litigation.

Mr. Speicher earned his B.A. in History and Business Administration from Mid-America Nazarene University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He then earned his J.D. with honors from Drake University School of Law. Since becoming licensed, he has focused on providing trusted legal services to entrepreneurs, helping them navigate complex legal issues while growing and managing their businesses.
