Andrew Segal

Andrew Segal is a seasoned criminal defense attorney at The Law Offices of Segal & Segal, LLC in Huntsville, Alabama. Mr. Segal earned cum laude from Bowdoin College in 1982 and his J.D. from Washington College of Law at American University in 1988. He is admitted to practice in all Alabama state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Segal served as an Assistant Alabama Attorney General and then as an Assistant District Attorney in Madison County. In these roles, he prosecuted criminal charges across Alabama courts. From 2001 to 2020, he served as a Municipal Judge and was elected President of the Alabama Municipal Judges Association from 2010 to 2012. Since founding his own firm in 2007, he has focused on defending individuals facing serious criminal charges. He also shares his knowledge through continuing legal education programs and media appearances like Law Line.
