Andrew R. Pardun

Andrew R. Pardun is a Florida attorney at St Petersburg Real Estate Attorneys, a division of Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & McQuaid, P.A., whose practice focuses on real estate law, business, corporate, and tax-related matters. He advises clients on commercial and residential property transactions, title insurance, real estate contracts, leasing, lending, borrowing, foreclosure concerns, development projects, and ownership decisions. Andrew earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Florida. He received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and completed his M.B.A. with a 4.0 GPA and with honors from Stetson University. He later earned an LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University. His education in finance, business, law, and taxation supports his ability to evaluate transactions from several perspectives and address legal, financial, and tax concerns that may arise during real estate or business planning.

Andrew worked in financial services and co-owned a real estate investment business before entering legal practice. That experience helps him understand the priorities of property owners, investors, developers, lenders, borrowers, and business operators. He assists clients with structuring transactions, reviewing agreements, managing title and financing issues, protecting property interests, and resolving disputes. He is admitted to The Florida Bar and has practiced since 2015.

Andrew R. Pardun has held leadership and service roles within the St. Petersburg legal community. His background includes service with the St. Petersburg Bar Association’s Real Property Section, the Pinellas County Trial Lawyers Association, the Barney Masterson American Inn of Court, and the City of St. Petersburg’s Nuisance Abatement Board. He also completed service on a Florida Bar grievance committee for the Sixth Judicial Circuit.
