Andrew J. Kriegel has built his career representing people hurt in accidents and workplace incidents. Andrew completed his education, beginning with his Bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University, where he studied Business Administration and Economics. He later earned his J.D., graduating cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. This academic foundation prepared him for a career focused on personal injury and workers’ compensation cases.

Andrew spent the early part of his legal journey at a large downstate law firm, working with injured workers and accident victims. He later continued that commitment by handling a wide range of injury matters, including automobile and truck accidents, slips and falls, premises liability, dog bites, and wrongful death cases. His representation also extends to nursing home neglect cases involving bed sores, medication errors, fractures, and other serious harm.

Andrew has proven his skills as a litigator by trying cases in the Cook County Circuit Court and DuPage County Circuit Court, as well as representing clients before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. He has also managed appeals before the First District Appellate Court. His work in these venues shows his ability to navigate complex legal issues and advocate effectively for clients.
