Andreas P. Andromalos is a Boston-based partner who focuses on finance, business transactions, bankruptcy, and corporate restructuring. He represents hedge funds and institutional lenders in syndicated financings, club financings, leveraged loans, bond financings, and debtor-in-possession financings. His clients also include corporate borrowers ranging from S&P 500 companies to start-ups. He serves as chief corporate counsel to several fintech and food and beverage companies.
Andreas earned a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Rhode Island. He later received his J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law. His education provided a strong foundation in legal analysis, financial transactions, and corporate matters. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and uses his background to help clients structure agreements, assess financial risks, and address complicated business challenges.
Andreas has worked on major financing and restructuring matters across several industries. His experience includes a $2.1 billion senior secured term loan facility for Amneal Pharmaceuticals and a $3.5 billion senior secured credit facility for Hologic. He has also advised clients on receivables securitizations, high-yield bond issuances, refinancing transactions, asset-based loans, exchange offers, and distressed debt matters. His bankruptcy experience includes matters involving Zynex, Purdue, Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, Pier 1 Imports, and The Sports Authority.
