About

Anastasia Jordan is a founding partner at Jose Jordan & Associates, APLC, and leads the firm’s Immigration Division. She brings years of focused experience in both family and immigration law, providing clients with clear guidance in complex family-based immigration cases. Before co-founding the firm, she worked at a boutique family law practice in Cerritos, where she handled spousal support, child support, child custody, and domestic violence matters. Her early work in the courtroom and in negotiations helped shape a practice grounded in advocacy, preparation, and client-focused solutions.

Anastasia earned her A.A. from Pasadena City College, where she was part of the Honors Transfer Program and appeared on the Dean’s Honors List. She then completed her B.A. in History at the University of California, Los Angeles, earning Dean’s Honors and serving in community support organizations. She received her J.D. from Southwestern Law School, finishing in the top 10% of her class. While there, she served as a Dean’s Fellow and received several scholarships, including the Wildman/Schumacher Scholarship, the Scholarship by Stephen L. Kolodny Family Law Bridge, and the Dean’s Merit Award.

Anastasia has shown a strong commitment to helping individuals navigate challenging legal issues throughout her legal career. During law school, she gained valuable experience through clerkships and legal service programs. She worked as a clerk for the Honorable Marc D. Gross, the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, where she strengthened her understanding of court procedures and judicial reasoning. She worked with the Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project, the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law, and the Children’s Law Center, too. In these roles, she provided accessible legal support to clients in need, handling matters involving immigration, family protection, and child welfare.

Anastasia Jordan focuses exclusively on family-based immigration law today. She helps clients with petitions, waivers, consular issues, and other immigration processes, offering steady guidance at every step. Her combined experience in family law and immigration allows her to deliver thorough representation grounded in preparation, clarity, and strong advocacy.
