About
Amy L. Bradley is a Virginia personal injury lawyer who represents people harmed by negligence or unlawful conduct. Her practice covers automobile and trucking accidents, brain injuries, product liability, wrongful death, sexual abuse, inadequate security, and other civil disputes. She works closely with clients, explains each stage of the legal process, and develops case strategies based on their circumstances and goals.
Amy graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism in 2002 and earned her J.D. from George Mason University School of Law in 2010. Before entering law, she worked as a television investigative reporter and news anchor and earned an Emmy nomination for her coverage of a double-murder trial. She later served as in-house counsel for a major insurance company, gaining insight into how insurers evaluate and defend injury claims.
Amy has handled more than 100 bench and jury trials in civil and criminal cases. Her representative results include a $5.4 million settlement in a wrongful death case arising from a high-speed crash, a $3 million settlement in a Fairfax County wrongful death and survival action, and a $2.975 million settlement involving catastrophic passenger injuries and an insurance coverage dispute. Her experience helps her anticipate defense strategies, assess evidence, and prepare cases thoroughly.
Amy L. Bradley has earned recognition from Virginia Business Magazine, Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, The Washingtonian, Virginia Lawyers Weekly, and Arlington Magazine. She was also named to the Virginia Access to Justice Commission’s Pro Bono Service Honor Roll in 2026. Her community service includes representing domestic abuse survivors through the Attorney of the Day Program, supporting Wills for Heroes, and serving on the Fairfax Law Foundation board.
