Amy Eskin

Amy Eskin is a highly experienced trial lawyer at Schneider Wallace Cottrell Kim LLP, who leads the firm’s mass tort department. She has more than 35 years of experience representing injured individuals and consumers across the United States. Her work focuses on personal injury law, medical negligence, products liability, and complex pharmaceutical and medical device cases. She has taken on major corporations and helped clients recover compensation for serious harm caused by defective products and unsafe practices in complex litigation nationwide today.

Amy earned her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1987, where she received the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law. She also holds a B.A. in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley, completed in 1983. Her strong academic foundation helped her develop clear legal reasoning, research skills, and effective advocacy, which continue to support her work in high-stakes litigation matters throughout her legal career, representing clients in complex cases today.

Amy has held key leadership roles in major coordinated and multidistrict litigations. Courts have appointed her as lead, co-lead, and liaison counsel in large pharmaceutical and medical device cases involving thousands of plaintiffs. She currently serves in leadership roles in major cases involving HIV medications and social media addiction claims. Her work helps guide legal strategy, manage complex cases, and ensure that injured individuals have a strong voice in court proceedings for their rights.

She has lectured on trial practice, ethics, and litigation strategy to lawyers, students, and healthcare professionals.
