About
Amy Breault is the founder of Breault Law & Mediation, PLLC, where she focuses on estate planning law, estate administration, family law, and mediation. She opened her solo practice in Hudson, New Hampshire, in 2010, returning to the traditional practice of law with a clear mission to guide individuals and families through important legal decisions. Her work centers on providing practical advice, clear communication, and steady support during times that often feel complex or overwhelming. She values careful preparation and planning.
Amy earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, in 2001 and her B.S. from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, in 1997. While attending law school, she worked full-time at Boston law firms and attended classes at night and during the summer. This experience strengthened her discipline, time management, and understanding of how legal theory connects to real client needs. Her academic background built a strong foundation for her focused legal career in New Hampshire.
Amy, after law school, worked in the public policy sector as a Program Officer at the Massachusetts Environmental Trust and as a Research Fellow at the McCormack Graduate School for Policy Studies at the University of Massachusetts Boston. In these roles, she developed research, evaluated programs, and supported initiatives designed to serve communities. This policy experience broadened her perspective and strengthened her ability to analyze complex issues with care. She applies this insight to benefit every client she represents today.
Amy Breault, as a Certified Family Mediator and active member of several professional associations, remains committed to high standards of ethics and service. Her practice helps clients create clear estate plans, manage estate administration with confidence, and resolve family law matters through negotiation or mediation when possible. She explains options in plain language, outlines practical steps, and works toward solutions that protect her clients’ interests and long-term goals. Her steady guidance helps individuals make informed and confident legal decisions every day.
