As a former prosecutor, he also assists companies responding to grand jury and document subpoenas, search warrants, and other government inquiries. His work includes internal investigations, agency disclosures, audits, licensing questions, corrective actions, and representations involving federal and state law enforcement.
Ammon R. Hansen brings in-house trade compliance experience, prosecutorial perspective, and litigation skills to international and regulatory matters. He helps companies understand export restrictions, investigate potential violations, respond to enforcement activity, and structure policies and procedures for domestic and international operations.
