Amanda Speichert has built a legal career focused on helping individuals and families through difficult legal matters. With 16 years of experience, she handles cases involving Family Law, Juvenile Law, Criminal Law, Guardianship/Conservatorship, Probate, and general practice. Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Government from Northwest Missouri State University in 1998. She later received her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska, in 2001. She is admitted to practice before the State of Nebraska and the United States District Courts, District of Nebraska. Her educational background gave her a strong foundation for handling complex legal matters.

Amanda has remained active in legal organizations and educational programs throughout her career. She is involved with the Nebraska State Bar Association, Lincoln County Bar Association, Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorney Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and National Juvenile Defenders Center. She also served as an Adjunct Professor at Mid Plains Community College from 2002 through 2012 while contributing to several juvenile justice and child advocacy initiatives.

Amanda has received recognition for her leadership and service in the legal field. She served in leadership positions with the Juvenile Law Committee of the Nebraska State Bar Association and the Through the Eyes of Child North Platte Team. Her additional legal training includes the National Criminal Defense College, Trial School in 2005, and the National Juvenile Training Immersion Program in 2016. She has also spoken at seminars and conferences focused on juvenile law and community education.
