Amanda F. Esch is a Sheridan, Wyoming employment and civil litigation lawyer and partner who represents employers in workplace and government-related matters. Her practice includes employment law, administrative law, civil litigation, governmental regulation, local government, and natural resources issues. She advises employers on workplace policies, compliance, discrimination prevention, harassment prevention, and employee privacy. She conducts independent workplace investigations and represents clients in administrative and court proceedings.

Esch earned her J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law. She served as Student Bar Association president, competed on two regionally qualifying mock trial teams, and received an Excellence in Advocacy Award. She earned her B.S. from Wayne State College. Her academic and advocacy training developed strong skills in legal analysis, courtroom presentation, research, and problem-solving that support her employment and litigation practice.

Esch began her legal career with a two-year clerkship in Wyoming’s First Judicial District in Cheyenne. She entered private practice in 2009 and became a partner in 2014. Her work includes representing employers in administrative proceedings and litigation while helping organizations develop defensible workplace practices. She has presented throughout Wyoming on employment compliance, workplace policies, discrimination and harassment prevention, employee privacy, and termination risks.

Amanda F. Esch has received recognition from Chambers & Partners and Super Lawyers for litigation and labor and employment work. In 2026, she was elected Commissioner of the Wyoming State Bar for the Fourth Judicial District. She serves on the Food Group Board and has held prior leadership and board roles with legal, educational, and community organizations. Her background combines employment counseling, investigations, administrative advocacy, and civil litigation.
