Amanda Baggett

Amanda Baggett is a Jacksonville personal injury lawyer and owner of Baggett Law Personal Injury Lawyers. She joined the firm in 2015 after serving as a shareholder at Rogers Towers. Her earlier work involved complex litigation and defense representation for engineers and contractors in personal injury and wrongful death cases. That background gives her valuable insight into roadway design, construction issues, and strategies defendants use when contesting serious injury claims.

Amanda earned her A.B.J. in Advertising from the University of Georgia in 2000, where she made the Dean’s List and Alpha Chi Omega. She received her J.D. from Mercer University – Walter F. George School of Law in 2003. During law school, she expanded her education through coursework at the University of Florida – Levin College of Law. She also attended the Notre Dame London Law Program in 2002.

Amanda combines personal injury advocacy with specialized knowledge of construction law in her practice. She is Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar. Her experience helps her evaluate claims involving unsafe roadway conditions, negligent construction, vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful deaths. She uses detailed preparation and strategic planning to pursue strong results while helping clients understand each stage of their cases.

Amanda Baggett has earned recognition for her legal ability, leadership, and service to Northeast Florida. She has received an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and annual Florida Super Lawyers recognition since 2009. She supports women’s professional advancement and belongs to local and statewide women lawyers’ organizations. Her community work includes pro bono representation, the firm’s Annual Backpack Giveaway, and service with organizations supporting children and families.
