About
Allison Orberson-Wiles is an associate with Phillips Parker Orberson & Arnett, PLC in Louisville, Kentucky. Her areas of concentration include automotive and trucking litigation, premises liability, insurance coverage and bad-faith litigation, and medical negligence. Allie works in a litigation practice that requires careful development of factual records, analysis of liability and coverage questions, and preparation for hearings, negotiations, or trial when disputes cannot be resolved earlier in the process.
Allie earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2023 and a B.A. in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Bellarmine University in 2019. In law school, she served as president of the Moot Court Board, Senior Article Editor for the Journal of Animal and Environmental Law, and a member of the Moot Court Client Counseling Team. She also received several CALI Awards for Excellence and the Central High School Partnership Award.
Her current practice spans several forms of civil litigation. Automotive and trucking cases may involve accident reconstruction, damages, and questions about driver or company responsibility. Premises cases focus on conditions and duties associated with property. Insurance coverage and bad-faith matters require close review of policy language, claims handling, and contractual obligations, while medical negligence cases involve detailed medical records and professional standards. Allie’s moot court, writing, and client-counseling experience supports this varied litigation work.
Allison Orberson-Wiles is admitted through the Kentucky Bar Association and to the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky. Her academic record and litigation-focused law school activities provide a strong foundation for civil defense work. She approaches cases with attention to research, evidence, written advocacy, and practical case development, helping clients address disputes involving vehicles, property, insurance coverage, and allegations of medical negligence in state and federal forums.
