Allison Drescher

Allison Drescher is a partner at NCW Law Group, PLLC, in Wenatchee, Washington. Her work includes criminal defense matters involving felony accusations, DUI charges, and domestic violence allegations. Her work involves helping people respond to criminal allegations with serious personal consequences. A Wenatchee Valley native, she understands the local court environment and works with clients who need a clear explanation of charges, possible defenses, and the decisions facing them.

Allison earned a B.A. in History and Political Science from Gonzaga University in 2017 and graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2020, ranking second in her class. During law school, she served as Articles Editor of the Gonzaga Law Review and participated on the National Moot Court team. She also interned with a prosecutor, a private firm, and a Spokane County Superior Court judge.

Allison gained federal court experience after law school as a term clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington. That work complemented her law school exposure to prosecution, judicial proceedings, and legal writing. In criminal defense, she draws on those experiences to assess arguments, examine procedural issues, and prepare for hearings. Her background helps her approach contested legal matters from more than one perspective.

Allison Drescher also contributes to access to justice in the Wenatchee Valley. She volunteers with Chelan-Douglas County Volunteer Attorney Services and serves as vice president of its 2026 board of directors. Through that work, she helps support community members who otherwise face barriers to legal assistance. Her combination of criminal defense practice, courtroom training, and volunteer service reflects a continuing commitment to local clients and their legal rights.
