Alexis B. Kaplan

Alexis B. Kaplan is the founder of the Law Offices of Alexis B. Kaplan, LLC with her practice focused on estate planning law and probate matters. She established her practice in 2011 and serves clients throughout the Greater Boston area. Her work includes wills, trusts, health care proxies, powers of attorney, probate administration, uncontested guardianships and conservatorships, and prenuptial agreements. Ms. Kaplan earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. She earned her B.A. from Tulane University and spent time as a visiting student at Cornell University. Ms. Kaplan assists clients with creating estate plans tailored to their financial circumstances and long-term goals. She also helps administer Massachusetts probate matters and represents clients in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings involving minors and adults.

Alexis B. Kaplan combines estate planning experience with professional and pro bono involvement in Massachusetts. She has served as a panel attorney with the Volunteer Lawyers Project and previously volunteered through the Women’s Bar Association Elder Law Project. She is admitted in Massachusetts and Ohio.
