Alexander A. Baehr is a partner and seasoned trial lawyer with extensive experience in litigation, business law, and labor and employment matters. He represents a wide range of clients, from individuals to large multinational companies, across industries such as real estate, aerospace, and e-commerce. Alexander earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, where he served as a Dean’s Fellow and Articles Editor for the American University International Law Review. He also earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington. His education supports strong analytical thinking, legal writing, and strategic reasoning.

Throughout his career, Alexander has handled complex disputes involving trade secrets, non-compete agreements, employment matters, corporate governance, insurance, and contracts. He has litigated cases at trial and appellate levels, as well as in international arbitration and settlement negotiations. Before returning to private practice, Alexander A. Baehr served as general counsel for a global publicly traded corporation, overseeing international legal operations and high-value litigation.
